Anna Vesna was born in Moscow where she met yoga in 2002.
Several years later she went to India on a vacation.
And since then everything has changed…
Anna slowly realized that yoga is her way of life. She moved to India permanently and lived many years in a small village in Himalaya where she practiced. During her journeys all over India Anna met and took yoga classes with one of the best teachers.
After almost 10 years in India she moved to Thailand in 2013. Anna Vesna did her first TTC-200hrs certificate with the Indian Yoga Alliance in Chiang Mai. And she started teaching there.
In 2014 she did her next TTC-200 with the Russian Yoga Federation in Moscow.
In 2016 upgraded to TTC-300 in Rishikesh, India.
In 2017 Anna Vesna and her husband founded their own yoga school – the Balkan Yoga Academy in Bulgaria.
Anna Vesna is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.
Pediatrician and neurologist since 2017. Practicing yoga since 2007 and in 2017 completed a teachers training led by Anna Vesna in India. In her teaching approach she successfully combines her perfect anatomy and physiology knowledge with fundamental understanding of Yoga.
Assistant Yoga Teacher
Our assistant teacher. When she first got acquainted with yoga in 2008, Victoria attended yoga classes in the studio of Andrei Siderski in Kiev, also took yoga classes for pregnant women from Victoria Rybachuk in 2010. She has been continuously practicing yoga under the guidance of Oleg Dotsenko - Hatha yoga instructor. Victoria took part regularly in his intense training programs and seminars as well as doing individual programs since 2014. In 2017 she did a teacher training course in Universal yoga with Andrei Lappa and received an RYS-200 certificate according to the American Yoga Alliance standard.
Anatomy Teacher, Ph.D.
Pediatrician, graduated at Omsk Medical Academy. Sujok therapy specialist (Sujok Academy Moscow). Child's medical massage specialist, speech therapist. From 2019 - professional osteopath. Agavni is a specialist in a natural ways of promoting health. Her teaching approach is based on a very structural medical education and supported with a sincere interest in Yogic tradition and lifestyle.
Assistant Yoga Teacher
Olga started practicing yoga in 2011. Her first 250hrs-certificate for Hatha-Yoga Teacher she took in Moscow with Yoga Centre PRANA in 2016. Same year she did Teacher course in Tri Yoga (30 hours). In 2017 - TTC-200hrs in India. April 2017 – «Йога Критического Выравнивания». Сертификат 4-го уровня. Москва. May 2017 - Course in Adjustments and modifications - Yoga Centre PRANA - Moscow.
